"The lip balm is amazing! The cleansing oil and potentially face balm and serum were way too heavy for my skin. I actually wound up at the dermatologist with severe rash and acne (at 68 years old), after using 10 days. I noticed some bumps early, but your site mentioned the possibility of an adjustment period so kept going. Wrote to you and ordered soap at your suggestion to use with oil. But once rash appeared, I stopped. Tried to return the kit and your customer service was terrible. Sadly, I will not be able to recommend."
