Product Questions
What is the shelf life of your clean beauty products?
Our skincare products are freshly made and have an average shelf life of six months, which is why you’ll never find our products on mass retail shelves. Makeup and soaps have a shelf life of one year (once opened). Many products last longer than their shelf date, but it’s up to the customer to check the product. Since we don’t use preservatives or chemicals, our products aren’t meant to last beyond a reasonable shelf life.
Which shade of your nontoxic foundation is best for my skin tone?
We do not offer color matching online, but we do have some great resources for you to find the best shade. On our website, we have sample kits of both our liquid foundation and mineral foundation (powder) available for purchase.
Are your products gluten free?
Yes, they are gluten free. We do not use any gluten, wheat, or soy or oat derivatives in our clean beauty products.
Where do you source your essential oils from?
We source high quality essential oils from all over the globe. We understand just how important quality sourcing is to you. (Rest assured, it’s just as important to us.) All our essential oils meet our rigorous standards for quality, sustainability, organic certification, and fair-trade practices. For safety, we use the Tisserand Institute as our guide for essential oil dilution. This ensures that you have quality skincare products that start with exceptional ingredients.
Are your clean beauty products pregnancy or breastfeeding safe?
Yes, all of our products are safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding.
What is tallow skincare?
Tallow is rendered animal fat that’s a powerhouse of moisture and nutrients for your skin. It’s packed full of vitamins (including A, C, D, E, and K) and minerals that melt into your skin and conform to your natural sebum. When issues like dryness, acne, or eczema arise, tallow can soothe the skin and provide the exact mineral requirements needed for optimal healing. From morning to nighttime skincare, we created a full routine for acne prone skin. If you want a quick skincare fix, we recommend our Essential Face Set.
Do you have a skincare routine for oily skin?
Our Frankincense Face Balm is our top recommendation for oily skin, since tallow helps regulate oil production. But if you are looking for a full skincare routine, we recommend these products.

Account & Subscriptions
Do you offer product subscription discounts?
Yes, many products are eligible for subscription. You’ll receive a 10% discount and free US shipping when you put your favorite products on autopilot. When you go to add an item to your cart, just click on “Subscribe + Free Shipping” to set up your subscription. You can edit this subscription (quantity, delivery date, or skip a month) from your Toups and Co account.
How do I skip or edit a subscription shipment?
- Log into your account.
- Click “My Subscriptions.”
- Locate your subscription and click “Manage Subscription.”
- From this page you can adjust your subscription frequency, skip it, add on, or cancel it.
- Complete the steps to successfully edit or skip your subscription.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to Canada and Australia. We are looking to expand our shipping options in the future.
How do I get free shipping?
We provide free shipping on US orders of $100 or more. You also get free US shipping on subscription orders and during select promotions.
If ordering to Canada or Australia, shipping and duty fees may apply.
What if I decide not to use shipping protection?
We always do our best to package items safely and securely. That said, we can’t always prevent in-route damage. Our shipping protection add-on is our way of protecting your order all the way from our door to yours. If you choose not to use it, you’ll be responsible for any in-route damage to the items.
Do you offer expedited shipping? If so, how long does it take?
We do offer expedited shipping through UPS second-day air. Please note, this order will ship faster but still have to wait its turn for fulfillment. If you need your items quickly, we suggest adding the “Skip the Line” feature at checkout along with expedited shipping. Any order with “Skip the Line” will be fulfilled first.
What is the difference between expedited shipping and “skip the line”?
Expedited shipping speeds up delivery with a faster shipping method (usually, within two days). However, this doesn’t change the fulfillment time, since we fulfill purchases in the order we receive them. If you need your items quickly, you can choose “Skip the Line” to have your order fulfilled first.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 2–4 business days for your items to ship. You’ll receive an email update with a tracking number once your order has left our facility.
What if my package is missing or arrives damaged?
For missing packages:
We highly encourage using shipping protection, especially for large orders. If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please reach out to support@toupsandco.com
For damaged packages:
Although we always do our best to package your orders for safety, anything can happen during shipment. We highly encourage using shipping protection, especially for large orders. In the rare instances where damage does happen, please reach out to support@toupsandco.com and include photos of the damaged items. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Order Management
How do I cancel my order?
You will have the option to request an order cancellation from the confirmation page immediately after placing your order. You can also cancel your order by clicking the link in your confirmation email (this can only be done before the order is shipped). Can I edit or add anything to my order?
Once your order is placed, you can edit your order from the confirmation page immediately after placing your order. You can also edit your order by clicking the link in your confirmation email (this can only be done before your order is shipped).
The link will take you to a portal where you can adjust your shipping address, add a product to your order, change your product quantities, change your contact information, apply a discount code, and request an order cancellation. Orders can only be changed before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please reach out to support@toupsandco.com.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?
Please reach out to support@toupsandco.com to report your order issue. Include a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item(s), so we can resolve the situation as best we can.
How do I apply promo/discount codes?
Here’s how to apply a promo or discount code:
Proceed to checkout and enter your code in the “Discount Code” field. Then, click “Apply” to see your new total before finalizing your order. Only one code can be used per order. If you’re having trouble entering your promo code, please try clearing the cache on your web browser or try to enter it using a different device.
Please note: discount codes do not apply to subscription orders, since these orders are already discounted and include free shipping.
Returns & Refunds
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Yes, we offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed, your order will be eligible for a store credit only. If you’d like to start a return, just reach out to support@toupsandco.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your request has been processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
