What is Toups Rewards?

Toups Rewards is our free loyalty program that lets you earn points every time you shop — and now, there are even more ways to earn and redeem!

How do I join?

You can join for free by creating an account or making your first purchase. You’ll earn 100 points just for signing up!

If you already have a Toups & Co account or have made a purchase before, you’re automatically enrolled — no need to sign up again!

I was already in the rewards program. What happens now?

You’re automatically enrolled in the new program — no action needed! Your existing points have carried over, and you’ve been placed in the correct tier based on your past purchases. Go to your account dashboard to review all of your account and rewards information in one place.

What are the advantages of becoming a Toups Rewards member?

Our rewards program is designed to give back generously to our loyal community. We’ve included more ways to earn points and made it easier than ever to redeem. Simply add to your order at checkout - your points act like cash and are applied immediately to your purchase.

We’ve relaunched our rewards program to include Tiers based on how much you’ve spent. The more you spend, the more perks you earn!

Where can I see my points balance?

Log into your account and navigate to your account page — your points balance will be visible there.

To see more details, click “View Ways to Redeem”. This will take you to the Rewards Page, where you can view your:

  • Current points balance
  • Tier status
  • Available rewards

You can also see your points balance during checkout, or by visiting the Toups Rewards page found in the footer of our website.

What are the tiers, and how do they work?

There are three tiers based on how much you spend annually:

  • Glow: Spend $0 - $249 | Earn 1x point per $1
  • Radiant: Spend $250 - $499 | Earn 2x points per $1
  • Luxe: Spend $500+ | Earn 3x points per $1

I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

We took care of that for you! All members with an active account were automatically enrolled in our upgraded rewards program. Simply make a purchase to start earning points.

I had issues with the old program — is it fixed?

Yes! We’ve completely upgraded our system:

  • No more confusing codes
  • Easier redemptions
  • Points apply during sales
  • Everything is integrated for a smoother checkout

How can I get my birthday reward?

Add your birthday under ways to earn points on our rewards page above. Each year on your birthday, we will send you a special birthday bonus directly to your account.

Earning and Redeeming

How do I earn points?

You earn points for every $1 you spend. The more you spend, the more you earn. Each tier offers additional points per $1.

You can also earn points for:

  • Creating an account
  • Leaving reviews
  • Referring friends
  • Following us on social
  • And more — see above

How do I redeem my points?

Use your points at checkout like cash — no need for codes or minimums. Just apply however many points you’d like directly during checkout.

How do I redeem my rewards at checkout?

Before checking out, ensure that you are signed in to your account. To redeem your points in checkout, use the slider directly above your cart total to choose the amount you would like to apply, then click the "APPLY" button.

How do points convert to dollars?

100 points = $5

Can I use points during a sale or with a discount code?

Yes! That’s one of the biggest upgrades. You can now combine rewards with other promotions, sales, and discount codes.

Can I redeem points on subscriptions or gift cards?

  • Subscriptions: Yes, points apply!
  • Gift cards: No, points cannot be redeemed for or earned on gift card purchases.

Is there a minimum to redeem points?

No minimum! Use as few or as many points as you’d like — anytime.

Do points expire?

No, points do not expire!

Troubleshooting

Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out with a different email address. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at support@toupsandco.com to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.

I should have earned points for a purchase/incentive but I didn’t see my account balance change. Did I get credit?

Yes! There may be a delay in our systems communication and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account.  However, if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks:

  • Try to refresh your browser.
  • Try to log out and then back in to your account.
  • Check your ‘Rewards history’ in your Rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it. Your ‘Rewards history’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account.

How do referrals work?

Share your unique referral link with friends or enter their email in the referral section. When they make their first purchase of $50+, they get a $10 reward — and so do you! All referral points are applied automatically.

I received an error message when referring friends through the email referral box. What went wrong?

There may have been a typo in one of the email addresses that you entered or a comma was needed between multiple emails to separate them. We recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each one rather than uploading them all at once.

I’ve referred several friends but haven’t received any points for it. Is there something else I need to do?

Thank you so much for sharing with your friends! Referred friends must be first-time customers in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards.  In addition, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on your personal rewards page or through the use of your unique referral link also found there.

Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase of $50+ on our website. When this happens you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.

VIP Tiers

How do I know which Rewards tier I am currently a member of?

When you are signed into your account, your dashboard will list all of the rewards tiers. Your current tier and perks will be highlighted with a box around it.

How will I know when I have reached a new tier?

When your total points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier.  

Does my tier level expire?

Once you are in a tier, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. While points never expire, you must maintain the spending threshold to maintain your tier status - or spend more and move up!

What are point multipliers?

As you move up in tiers, you can earn points faster!

  • Glow tier earns 1 points per $1
  • Radiant tier earns 2 points per $1
  • Luxe tier earns 3 points per $1
Returns

Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

Yes! If you're returning your entire order, you'll be refunded the total amount you paid after the rewards discount was applied. The points you redeemed will also be credited back to your rewards account.

I entered a new VIP tier with my last purchase, but now I want to return it. What will happen to my reward?

If you return a purchase that earned rewards points or contributed to your VIP tier, those points will be deducted and your tier status will be adjusted accordingly.
