"So far I have only used it for my powder foundation application. When I want less coverage, I moisturize, and let that soak in, then apply powder foundation with this brush. I'm sure it will work equally well with liquid foundation, and I'm considering a second one (for my Toups liquid foundation) to keep one dry. :)"
