"Love love the new aesthetic. Product came in sn individual little box. It gives you the feel of a lipstick, but is precious tallow for your am and night routine. The citrus smell that i got it's very delightful. I have tried mint as well and for those mint loves its great! This product its really good for you it def keeps your lips free of dryness. My lips get quite dried summer and winter and I have midium to big ips so its a work out! after tallow never again."

I liked the old 'Chapstick' style tube better

"I guess I don't apply lip balm/chapstick the same way I apply lipstick. . . . the new tube design for your tallow lip love is more like a lipstick tube. . . requiring two hands. . . . remove cap, twist balm up, apply. a typical 'chapstick' style tube I was able to remove the cap with one hand and apply (without having to advance the product by twisting each time. ) so I was able to apply it one handed, or more simply at least. The new lipstick style tube takes more time/effort, and as I'm applying a lip balm/chapstick and not lipstick it is not my preference. the actual product on the other hand. . . . is wonderful. no complaints."
