"I've been very happy with the Natural Eyeliner Pencil. It looks and feels comparable to the eyeliners you'd find from major makeup brands, but with the added comfort of knowing I'm using a cleaner, healthier product around such a sensitive area. I primarily use it on my waterline, so I can't speak to how it performs on the eyelid. However, on my waterline, the color lasts all day and stays looking fresh. Need assistance from customer service
"First, I mistakenly chose the link - didn’t receive the product. I had hoped I would get to customer service but instead it automatically sent note that I didn’t receive it. I did receive the product so please cancel that request. What I wanted to ask was how I can return the product or get a refund. The eye liner irritated my eyes. It made them blurry and they itched significantly. I think the oils did not agree with me. I had chosen your product since I have sensitive skin. I stopped using the product but my eyes are still hurting and red. Please help me. Thank you"
