Need assistance from customer service
"First, I mistakenly chose the link - didn’t receive the product. I had hoped I would get to customer service but instead it automatically sent note that I didn’t receive it. I did receive the product so please cancel that request. What I wanted to ask was how I can return the product or get a refund. The eye liner irritated my eyes. It made them blurry and they itched significantly. I think the oils did not agree with me. I had chosen your product since I have sensitive skin. I stopped using the product but my eyes are still hurting and red. Please help me. Thank you"

After a month of using, I've noticed it consistently lasts for about half a day before I need to reapply, but that's to be expected with it being made with natural ingredients.
