"One time I ordered the highlighter everything arrived intact then one time when I was applying it, I went to tap off the loose powder and the entire powder broke. The company did write by giving me a credit so I can buy another one which I did and that was fine.. then I took advantage of the sale over Labor Day in ordered two highlighters. The compact itself was wrapped in bubble wrap, but upon opening it, the powder itself all broke into pieces."
