Nephrite Gua Sha

$78.00

As a collective, we’re handling more toxins than any generation before us. It should come as no surprise that we need extra tools to properly detox, support blood flow, and boost lymphatic drainage. Gua sha is one of those tools.

Studies show that when done correctly, gua sha can release chemicals that improve blood flow, lessen toxins, reduce pain, and promote healing. Ours is designed with rare nephrite, a royalty-grade stone that’s more durable and valuable than other jades. The Nephrite Gua Sha features a unique shape that promotes blood flow and massages better than a blunt-edge tool. When you make it part of your morning routine, you harness an ancient remedy that’s better than Botox.

Is the Nephrite Gua Sha Right for You?

If you wake up with a puffy face, notice eye bags or sagging cheeks, or want to prevent wrinkles, gua sha is a must-have for your morning routine. Combine it with a serum and watch your complexion brighten. Regular gua sha practice promotes lymphatic and fascia health, while increasing blood circulation to the face and neck.

  • Sculpt and lift your face naturally (a Botox alternative)
  • Reduce puffiness and signs of aging
  • Activate the parasympathetic nervous system
  • Promote healthy lymphatic flow
  • Increase energy
  • Support healthy adrenal function
  • Boost natural detox

Step 1: Open Your Drainage Pathways
Before using your gua sha, gently massage under your armpits and your terminus (the area just above your collarbones) to open your lymphatic channels. Use light pressure with your hands or a dry brush.

Step 2: Prep Your Stone
For a cooling, de-puffing effect, place your gua sha in the fridge or briefly dip it in an ice bath.

Step 3: Apply Oil or Serum
Massage a small amount of facial oil or serum into your skin. You don’t need too much—gua sha tools glide easily and you want to maintain some grip for effectiveness.

Step 4: Begin Lymphatic Movement
Using your gua sha tool:
Gently push fluid from your forehead, cheeks, under eyes, and nose toward your ears
From the ears, glide the stone down the neck, moving everything toward the terminus

Step 5: Sculpt & Shape
After drainage, switch your focus to facial sculpting:
Use the ridged edge to pull upward from your forehead to your scalp
Switch to the wavy edge for cheek massage, gliding upward to the cheekbone
Use the wavy edge around the eye area with extra care
The round side works well on the cheekbones and neck

Step 6: Clean Your Tool
Always wash your gua sha tool with gentle soap and warm water after use. Pat dry before storing.

Step 7: Final Drainage Boost (Optional)
For enhanced results, repeat the gentle opening of your armpits and terminus with your hands or a dry brush.
