A natural alternative to synthetic loofahs

Before bathing, rinse the sponge thoroughly to soften it. When you’re ready to wash, apply a nontoxic soap to the sponge and squeeze it to lather. Then use the sponge gently, massaging in a circular motion (too much friction can damage the sponge). Make sure to rinse out any excess soap and gently squeeze the sponge again. Keep in mind, this is a delicate product, and it shouldn’t be wrung out or twisted. Once finished, make sure your sponge is placed somewhere it can dry thoroughly.
